Harlick and Linda Wiken for readings and conversation led by Kate Jaimet, author and Ottawa Citizen reporter, on Thursday, April 22nd at 7p.m. at the main branch of the Ottawa Public Library, 120 Metcalfe, This will be my first time reading from In Winter's Grip, due for fall release! The evening is one of several Arthur Ellis shortlist events taking place across the country. Free and open to the public.

Ottawa Public Library Awesome Authors Contest
Brenda will be judging the short stories for this annual Awesome Authors writing contest, open to 9 to 17 year olds. The presentation ceremony will take place Wednesday, March 31, 2010, at 6:30p.m. in the Chamber, Ben Franklin Place, 101 Centrepointe Drive Nepean.

Bloody Words 2010 in Toronto
I will be appearing at Bloody Words 2010 in Toronto from May 28 to 30.
This national mystery conference brings together authors and fans from
across Canada and the U.S. for three days of author panels, readings and
social events.
